HOW TO BE HAPPY


  1. Be realistic
  2. Happiness is a state of mind
  3. Be as healthy as you can
  4. Live with a partner whom you love and respect and who feels the same about you
  5. Have a son or a daughter.
  6. Have a cat or a dog
  7. Keep in close touch with relatives and a small circle of friends
  8. Don't be afraid to remove such a person from your life.
  9. Smile a lot.
  10. Laugh a lot.
  11. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
  12. Be politely assertive
  13. Get things off your chest
  14. Don't procrastinate
  15. Give lots of compliments
  16. Give small gifts to your friends.
  17. Perform acts of kindness anonymously
  18. Spend less than you earn
  19. Use your credit card as a convenient way to pay for your major expenditures on a monthly basis
  20. Don't borrow money
  21. Surround yourself with pleasant smells
  22. Stay close to nature
  23. Read a quality newspaper on a daily basis.
